Maui Kamaole is a very nice mid-range condominium located across the street from Kamaole Beach #3 in the Kihei area of Maui. This complex features large and nicely furnished units and the amenities include 2 pools (1 heated), two jacuzzi's, tennis courts and BBQ's.

The large one and two bedroom units (either garden or ocean view) all have full kitchens, dishwasher, microwave, air conditioning, ceiling fan, cable TV, DVD, high-speed internet access (fee), hair dryer and washer/dryer.

Maui Kamaole is perfect for couples or families wanting a low-rise property with a low-key ambiance. The grounds are nicely landscaped and good for strolling or relaxing. Shopping and dining options are only a short distance away. We have been advised that the Maui Kamaole will be under going a painting project of Building A, J, K and L. The description of work being done and its schedule are as follows: The work will include painting exterior walls of buildings, walls of all front lanais, all exterior woods surfaces which will include the ceilings of front lanais, the interior of all lanais, metal handrails, courtyard walls, garbage enclosures, food wash stations and retaining walls around the buildings. Building A: June 28 to July 30, 2010, Building J: August 2 to September 3, 2010, Building K and L: September 7 to October 15, 2010 The schedule listed above isolates the project to specified buildings. All adjacent buildings are unaffected by this painting project. The management company will attempt to keep guests away and out of those buildings that are being painted and they anticipate little or no impact on the guests' enjoyment of Maui Kamaole.
